Clarity often arrives after you stop forcing it. The mind, like water, becomes readable when it has had time to settle.
This does not mean doing nothing. It means making space for a truer answer to rise: walking, writing a few honest lines, sleeping on the question, asking what you already know but have been avoiding.
The useful question is not always, What should I do? Sometimes it is, What becomes obvious when I stop trying to impress myself?
