A warm natural landscape suggesting calm and steadiness.

Small things help more often than I remember. Water. Sunlight. Movement. A clean room. A slower breath.

None of them fix a life in one grand gesture, but they make the next moment more liveable. They return the body to the present, and the present is where most repairs begin.

When the day feels too large, I try to choose one small helpful thing and do it with full attention. Then another. Then another.
